Terms and Conditions

By ordering books directly from Soul Deep Publishing, you accept these terms and conditions of sale. The site of Soul Deep Publishing allows customers to directly order products offered on the website. These products are publications by Soul Deep Publishing.

How to return an item:

·       Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of receiving your purchase with original receipt or invoice.

·       Please email info@souldeeppublishing.com to request a refund or exchange. 

·       Please specify your intentions for returns/exchanges/refunds with your return

Returns and exchanges:

·       Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

·       Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within fourteen (14) days of the delivery confirmation date or in store purchase with original receipt or invoice.

·       If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different product. If additional costs apply for a price difference you will be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers. A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped. There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.

·       All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. - We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.

Shipping and delivery:

·       All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation.

·       Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

·       All orders are shipped in the order they are received Tuesday - Saturday 11am - 7pm EST. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship after they are received.

·       We primarily use USPS to deliver our orders. In special cases, UPS & FedEx are available for large orders or items that must be expedited. Please contact us for such services prior to ordering. 

·       Soul Deep Publishing will send you a tracking number as provided by the shipping carrier when your order has been shipped. Please note that orders using 1st Class International USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking tracking reports.

·       Once an order ships from Soul Deep Publishing, tracking is the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided with as a parcel ships.

·       Domestic orders using standard USPS shipping are $4.95 per order. The rate charged for the Priority and FIrst Class International shipping is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be and you will have a chance to stop the ordering process. 

Privacy and security:

What information do we collect? We collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

·       To personalize your experience - To improve our web store

·       To improve customer service

·       To process transactions

·       Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

·       The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.
